Paul B. Calico is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member
of the Kentucky Law Journal and the Order of the Coif. Prior to becoming Chief Circuit Mediator,
he practiced law for over 25 years, with an emphasis on litigation in the areas of Employment Law,
Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Administrative Law. As a private mediator and
arbitrator for 12 years, he handled numerous cases in a variety of legal areas. He frequently speaks

Deborah N. Ginocchio, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, has served as a Circuit Mediator since 1987. Prior to joining the Sixth Circuit, she was a partner in a law firm in Cincinnati in the area of trial practice representing individuals and small businesses.
Roderick M. McFaull is a graduate of Loyola University Law School of New Orleans. He has served as a Circuit Mediator since 1992. Prior to joining the Sixth Circuit he practiced Maritime Law in New Orleans for over 10 years.
Mariann Yevin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She has been a Circuit Mediator since 1999. During the previous 13 years she worked in the Office of General Counsel at the University of Cincinnati, in private practice, and with the Christian Conciliation Service of Cincinnati.
