The Court of Appeals is looking to procure an information technology log management and network analysis solution.  Requests for best and final are now being accepted.  All bids should be based on version 2b of the Request For Proposal, dated 8/19/2016.  Bidders may note that the estimated/preferred events-per-second has been updated to read 2,000.  Bids should be submitted to Ron Dowling as noted on the RFP and may be transmitted via e-mail.  Deadline for bidding is Tuesday, 8/23/2016 (extensions must be requested and approved via e-mail.)
