Due to the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) eVoucher v5.0 Release Deployment announced on May 12, 2017, the National Support Desk (NSD) will shut down the current CJA eVoucher Test and Production servers this weekend.

The current CJA eVoucher Test and Production servers will not be available for the entire weekend. All court and external users will be unable to access the CJA eVoucher application during this time. When the CJA eVoucher v5.0 deployment to production completes, internal CJA eVoucher users will be required to use a new URL to access the application (NSD will wait to distribute these new URLs until after they confirm the release deployment success to prevent users from accessing the application during the deployment). After NSD distributes the new URLs, the CJA eVoucher application will display a webpage containing notification of the change and the new URL to any internal users who attempt to access the application with the old URL.
