Notice of Emergency Filing Procedures

**NOTICE**

In preparation for the conversion to the NextGen electronic filing platform, CM/ECF will be unavailable from noon on Friday August 11, 2017 until 9:00 a.m. on Monday August 14. Emergency filings, that is those matters having a due date falling during the time CM/ECF will be unavailable, may be filed by transmitting an electronic copy of the document to:

CA06-Emergency_Filings@ca6.uscourts.gov

Indicate the nature of the emergency requiring filing via email in body of the email. Also call the case manager for the case, or if you do not know the case manager, our general number at 513-564-7000 to confirm that you are making an emergency filing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY EMERGENCY FILINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THIS MANNER AND THAT THE EMAIL BOX WILL ONLY BE OPEN DURING THAT TIME DURING WHICH THE ELECTRONIC FILING SYSTEM IS UNAVAILABLE. THE EMAIL BOX IS AVAIALBLE TO ATTORNEYS ONLY.
