Email disruption June 9-10

Thursday, June 11, 2020

Beginning late on Tuesday, June 9, and continuing through around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, the Court experienced a major disruption to its email system.  Both incoming and outgoing mail were affected.  During that period, most email sent from non-judiciary users was not received by court users.  The Administrative Office has indicated that messages of undeliverability (bounce backs) have been or will be sent on all undelivered mail.   We do not know the extent of outgoing mail failures, but no Notices of Docket Activity were delivered from 11:15 p.m. on Tuesday June 9 until 3:54 p.m. on Wednesday June 10.  IT has regenerate those notices.
