Applications for admission to this Court’s bar may be made electronically using PACER. Applying for admission and filing an appearance is a multi-step process outlined in the instructions below. An attorney must complete all steps in order to electronically file. As part of the application process, you will be required to upload a Certificate of Good Standing or a completed Sponsor’s Motion with the Oath of Admission.

An initial appearance form must be processed by the clerk before other filing actions are available in CM/ECF. Attorneys are strongly cautioned to file an application for admission or appearance at the earliest opportunity; failure to complete steps during business hours may delay the ability to file.
