COVID protocols for the Potter Stewart Courthouse have been revised, and masking in most public areas is now discretionary.  Masks are still required in some areas, including some courtrooms.  Please be prepared to use a mask in those areas.  Signage will be posted, and court personnel will advise you about masking directives for Sixth Circuit Courtrooms.
