Please note that there will be an interruption of CJA Voucher payments during the following two time periods.

First, on June 11, 2025, the judiciary’s financial management system will undergo a major upgrade that will require it to be offline through Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Second, beginning on approximately July 23, 2025, payments to CJA Panel members and providers will be deferred for an estimated forty-nine (49) business days, pursuant to the Executive Committee’s FY 2025 financial plan due to the fiscal year (FY) 2025 funding shortfall.  For more information, please see the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025 (Pub. L. No. 119-4), passed by Congress on March 15, 2025.
