The Circuit Executive for the Sixth Circuit announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has selected Mary E. Naumann as Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Kentucky (Louisville) to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Bankruptcy Judge Alan C. Stout.  She will take the oath of office on November 5, 2025.
