The Circuit Executive for the Sixth Circuit announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has selected Sean R. Tilton as Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Michigan to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Sharon A. Turek. He will begin his official duties as Federal Public Defender on December 1, 2024.
