The Circuit Executive for the Sixth Circuit announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit has selected Tyson A. Crist as Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Ohio (Dayton) to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Bankruptcy Judge Guy R. Humphrey. He took the oath of office on June 3, 2025.
