This is a request for quotations issued by the Office of the Circuit Executive, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, seeking vendor quotes for furniture to be delivered, installed and related services. The furniture is to be installed at the United States Potter Stewart Courthouse at 100 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Quotes must be faxed or e-mailed to Barbara Wieliczka (barbara_wieliczka@ca6.uscourts.gov) and Larry McManis (larry_mcmanis@ca6.uscourts.gov) no later than June 8, 2017 at noon local time (EST). Fax number is (513)564-7210.
This is a request for GSA schedule pricing. Vendors may propose open market pricing only for items that are not available on the GSA Schedule or for which the vendor can supply a lower price quoted than GSA Schedule pricing. Quotes must clearly identify each open market item being quoted, any item not so marked will be presumed to be offered under GSA schedule contract.
All items should be quoted F.O.B. destination for inside delivery. Installation, shipping, and any costs associated with shipping the customer own fabric (COM) to the furniture manufacture must be indicated in the separate line items included on the attached proposal forms. Vendors must propose pricing for all items; offers on less than all items being solicited will not be considered.
All descriptions of furniture in this solicitation that include a "brand name" are intended for reference. Vendors may offer "or equal" products will be considered that meet the essential characteristics of the brand-name products reference in the solicitation. In determining whether a product is "equal" to the stated brand name, the judiciary will consider quality, style and features. See Provision 2-100, Brand name or Equal, for further Information.
Delivery and installation of all items is desired 12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) and Installation of product is required no later than September 22, 2017.
